Sport Aerobics

 

Sport Aerobics has been part of the MLC Gymnastics Program since 2001. The MLC Gymnastics Club offers Sport Aerobic classes for both MLC and External students ranging from beginners to advance. The MLC Sport Aerobics Program is managed by Amber Waters and the aim is to offer an enjoyable environment in which to develop general fitness and aerobic skills.

Students who participate in the program will receive the opportunity to compete in, School, Club, State & National competitions throughout the year. Sport aerobics is also part of the MLC Interhouse and Interschool gymnastics program.

Many gymnasts, who retire from the competitive gymnastics program, choose to move into this area of the sport. Here they are able to participate comfortably without the large number of hours required by the competitive WAG program.
