| 2 MLC Gymnasts are placed on
the Level 10 national team Hui Nee Chin
and Tamara Gleave, 2 Year 11 MLC students represented Victoria
at the National Championships last week. Hui Nee Chin won the
Bronze All Around medal, and placed in the top 3 on 3 additional
events. Fellow team-mate Tamara was ranked 6th in the AA, and
is the National Level 10 Beam Champion (This is the second year
in a row that the title has been won by an MLC gymnast).
Both Tamara and Hui Nee have been selected in
the Australian Level 10 A team to compete in July against New
Zealand and Japan in a tri-nation tournament in Canberra. MLC’s
Bret Nicholas has been selected as the Australian Level 10 coach. |
