Sport Aerobics is an excellent sport for developing Strength, Fitness and Coordination. The program at MLC aims to develop these skills in conjunction with sport-specific skills such as jumps and leaps, static and dynamic strength and flexibility, as well as developing choreographic skills - and encouraging the self-choreographic process. It is a fun way to improve fitness and coordination in a team environment!
Our Fitness Class is seperate from Sport Aerobics and aims to increase fitness, flexibility and strength through games, circuits and cardiovascular-based activities. It's suited to athletes who desire to increase their fitness-level thereby improving their performance.
2010 Sport Aerobics Classes
Students in Sport Aerobics Teams and Squads are encouraged to compete at a State and National level.
Junior/Intermediate CLASS
For Students Year 3-6
Thursday: 3.30 - 4.30pm
Senior Aerobics class
Open to Students year 7-12
Monday: 4.30 - 6.00pm
Fitness Class
Senior Fitness
Open to students years 7-12
Monday 3.30 - 4.30pm
